Once published publicly, that content is no longer considered private or confidential and may be retained, reused, or redistributed by us, as outlined in our Terms of Service.   • Billing Information: For paid subscriptions, we collect billing details (e.g., name, address, VAT ID). Full payment data is securely processed by Stripe or similar providers.
  • Usage & Technical Data: We collect anonymized data (IP address, browser type, device, interaction history) to improve functionality and support.

  • Public Content: If you explicitly choose to make a review or other contribution public on the GDS community platform, that content becomes publicly accessible and may be retained, reused, or redistributed by us — including for commercial purposes (such as aggregated scores, comparative dashboards, derived datasets, analytics tools, or editorial use). Public reviews may be viewed by other users, compared across titles, and aggregated with co-reviews to improve data quality and statistical accuracy. We will provide attribution where feasible; however, by publishing publicly, you waive the right to remove or modify that content after publication.
